We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our descriptions, images, and pricing. However, colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your monitor, and minor sizing variations may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors after an order has been submitted.

5. Orders and acceptance

An order constitutes an offer to purchase and is subject to our acceptance and to availability. We may refuse an order, limit quantities, or cancel an order due to pricing errors or suspected fraud. Cancelled orders receive a full refund within 5 business days.

6. Pricing and availability

All prices are displayed in USD. Price changes do not apply retroactively to confirmed orders. Where an incorrect price has been published due to a system error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

7. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other authorised providers. We do not store full payment card details. See the Billing Terms and Conditions for payment method details.

8. Shipping and delivery

We ship exclusively to addresses in the contiguous United States. Full details appear in our Shipping Policy. Lombardi Boutique remains responsible for your order until successful delivery.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.

10. Intellectual property

All website content - including photography, descriptions, branding, and design - belongs to Lombardi Boutique or its licensed suppliers and is legally protected. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit this content without written consent.

11. Prohibited use

You may not engage in unlawful activity, violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malware, harvest personal information, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, or use automated data scraping tools. Violations may result in termination of access.
